Pick every team at the team selection screen then sim the entire year and then just sim the playoffs and Super Bowl.

Probably strictly due to the fact people do it for an ego boost. Alas one of the dumbest things people can do to guides.

I ended up picking the Colts and did the 30 years with them, they got to the Super Bowl once and lost. When I made a new Franchise to get this achievement, I picked every team except the Colts and they got to the Super Bowl for the 3 years that I simmed and won the first 2 times. So, I think, the game is rigged in such a way that whatever team you pick will not win most of the time. Picking every team is the only way to guarantee that 'your team' wins.

Start a franchise pick all 32 teams and sim untill you have it

I picked the Patriots then simmed the regular season to the playoffs. I played the two playoff games allowing me to unlock the other achievements, obviously you can sim straight to the superbowl if you like. Then simply win the superbowl as the achievement description says. You can either play the game or sim the game either method works.

The super bowl is basically the world series, NBA Championship, World Cup, etc. of American Football. All you have to do is win plenty of games during the season, then go through the single-elimination playoffs. If you aren't very good, put it on the easiest difficulty and pick the New England Patriots as your team.
