it's good to use aerodynamo's strategy for all the other achievements, but for this one and season sacks it doesn't work so well. i simmed 20 years worth and i still didn't have it. so what you should do for this one is between your 20th and 25th year of simming, go into the coaching schemes where you changed it earlier to aerodynamo's suggestion and change it again. change all of the teams to 100% passing offense and leave the defense settings the way aerodynamo suggested. sim for a season and you should pick up this achievement.

yeah you do not need to break the record just tie it cuz when i did it the guy only had 14 and it still gave me the achievement. the record was set in 1952 by Dick "Night Train" Lane, which was before the AFL-NFL merger so maybe they only count season states since the merger

Didn't touch any settings or sliders and got this in year 3 of simming. Guess I just got lucky.

Had loads of trouble with this one, in the end used both of the other solutions and still didnt work. The way I found to do this was to select all the teams on the rooster at the start of the francise as per areodynamo. Then select as per novafire08 but one thing I did differant is select all offence to 100% passing and then defence to 100% passing 1st session got the interceptions by just simming the whole of the session.

I had tried playing and managed to get 10 to 15 per game but didnt pop, the achievement will pop at the end of the session when you enter the off session

I didn't get it in the first season, but I got it in the second or third, I didn't notice it had popped until I was simming the 4th. Thanks!

yep about 4 years behind - but just got into this game, simmed INT & Sacks just like you said --- one season.

No one seems to be saying. How many interceptions do you need in a season to get this achievement ?

You must get exactly/more than “14” interceptions in a franchise season.

TIP: The best bet I can give you for this is running the quarter with 3 middle guys keeping zone in the middle, 2 guys on the flats and 3 deep. Take control of your middle line back and hope for the best from there on. I ended up with 14 with Chris Gamble (panthers) and 10 with 4 other players including my middle line backer. You can also get this through simulating 30 years of franchise while choosing all 32 teams.

If you are having problems, you can resort to adjusting the game AI, rules, lowering the difficulty and what not.
