How to unlock the SS Career - 10000 Rush Yards achievement in Madden NFL 07 - Definitive Guide

For an easy way to get this achievement, create a Superstar and play through a career. 10,000 rushing yards took me about 5-7 years playing as a Running Back (RB). Keep shuffling through the player options until you get to this choice, then simply sim through the career. Takes some time, but I found that it was easy to do while working, talking online, etc. Just look over, tap A, then go back to what you are doing... Very easy!

How do you get the achievement to pop. I retired with 11000 yards and it did not pop.

For career achievements, they should pop as you are proceeding to the offseason, not at the end of the regular season

What i did to get both this and the 1400 rush yards.

Create a HB with a hall of fame HB dad

Sim through all the pre-season and tests

within two seasons i had the 1400 and in 7 years i had the 10000.

I found this one one of the easier of the SS achievements. Good luck

This is perfect expcept my guy got drafted by the Colts and he hardly saw many running plays because someone with the name Manning was running the show... I'm going to have to try again and hope to get drafted by someone who doesn't have a power-hungry star QB! Thanks

If you get drafted by the Colts, keep in mind that you can demand a trade by going into your agent's office

Both are good guides I just wanted to say something to add on. Before you start every season make sure you are first string. I didnt and kept simming and was wondering why I wasnt getting the achievement and it was because I was 2nd string
