SS Career - 200 Pass TD's
Pass for 200 touchdowns in a career in Superstar Mode.

How to unlock the SS Career - 200 Pass TD's achievement in Madden NFL 07 - Definitive Guide
For this achievement, create a Superstar and play through a career to unlock the record. 200 passing TD's took me about 6 years playing as a Quarterback (QB). Keep shuffling through the player options until you get to this choice, then simply sim through the career. For every completed pass that nets a touchdown, you get one passing TD! Takes some time, but I found that it was easy to do while working, talking online, etc. Just look over, tap A, then go back to what you are doing... Very easy!

For this one you need a HALL OF FAME FATHER QB
I have been doing a lot of checking on this, and the team you get on DOES MATTER. Yes, you should have a PRO BOWL or HALL OF FAME for your chosen position, but you ALSO need to have a high IQ for both your mother and father (over 120 for your father and over 100 for your mother). This will allow you to get the ‘chance’ to be on one of the better teams….
PATHERS, STEELERS, COLT, SEAHAWKS
The reason why this is important, the better team you have, the better chance at making it into the superbowl and pro bowl, and therefore more chance of making more of what you need TD, passing, Sacks, ect.
What I recommend is that you save BEFORE you get drafted. If you don’t get a good team, load your save and repeat until you do.
Most of the time if you have these, you can make your season SS achievement on the first season, and therefore increase your speed at making your career achievement.
Also, a note about simming, use the RT button to go as far into the future as possible.

Just wanted to share my experience with this.
After shuffling for a long while, I got a Hall of Fame QB father with a 150 IQ and a 109 IQ mother. After reloading my save over and over again right before the draft trying to get one of the 4 teams you mentioned, I said screw it and went with the Packers. While I'm sure getting on one of those 4 teams helps get the achievement faster/in less seasons, it might be worth simming a couple of extra seasons in the long run as part of another team in exchange for the time you'd spend re-loading your save over and over trying to get drafted to one of those 4 teams. I got the 200 TD achievement after 8 seasons on the Packers. Numbers were as follows:
Season 1: 20 TD (20 total)
Season 2: 24 TD (44 total)
Season 3: 28 TD (72 total)
Season 4: 34 TD (106 total; 30 TD Season achievement)
Season 5: 22 TD (128 total)
Season 6: 35 TD (163 total)
Season 7: 26 TD (189 total)
Season 8: 38 TD (222 total)
+1 from me regardless.
