How to unlock the SS Career - 60 Receiving TDs achievement in Madden NFL 07 - Definitive Guide

For this achievement, create a Superstar and play through a career to unlock the record. 60 receiving TD's took me about 4-5 years playing as a Wide Receiver (WR). Keep shuffling through the player options until you get to this choice, then simply sim through the career. Takes some time, but I found that it was easy to do while working, talking online, etc. Just look over, tap A, then go back to what you are doing... Very easy!

Any questions or corrections, just PM me or leave a comment. Thanks!. :)

Start up a superstar mode. Shuffle players until you get a WR WITH a Pro Bowl WR Dad. This way you have plenty of potential. Now sim through the seasons, and you should get 60 TDS between your 5th-7th seasons assuming you don't get injured. You do not need the IQ test nor does it matter who you get drafted by. You also don't need to play a single game this will all be done through simulation. Also, to check your progress, go to the menu screen and under Player Info go to Career Stats.

Side note for simming-

You are best off pressing RT and going to the last possible date and then start simming, and not doing it day by day as that way will take forever!

If you are using a RB you can sub him out to WR to finish this ach. I am finishing up this game and my RB was at 29 rec Tds. I went to depth chart and moved out my #1 WR and put my RB is his place. Since the move I am now at 36 TDs and on my way to 60 all with the same superstar.

I might sound like an idiot, but how do you switch the Rb superstar for a wr? I've tried switching up in the depth chart, but haven't figured it out.

You should be able to sub your top RB into the WR slot on a specific play or package. I think you can even make a new play like a 5 receiver set and include your RB. Just some different options for you. Hope that helps.
