You can sim this, but that route is random and the loading times are so long that playing the games is another route and it allows you to work on the single season and career Sack and Tackle achievements at the same time.

Create a new superstar, keep shuffling your parents until your dad is a Hall of Fame DE. This will get you good stats to start (probably 85+) and get you a starters spot. Sim the pre-season. Set all sliders down, game difficulty at Rookie and turn Offsides down to zero. Play 5 minute quarters. When you are on defense just run your player across the line and stand him next to the QB. As soon as the play starts use the hit stick (R Analog stick) and level him. You can get about 15-20 sacks and 30+ tackles each game. You should be able to get 1-2 forced fumbles as well.

When you are on defense you will get the opportunity to use your 'influence' to impact your stats. when you get the "QB Nightmare" option, max out all of your available stats. This will help you.

After 4 or 5 games you should have enough FF, SACKS, and Tackles for the single season records. You'll probably have over 100 sacks for the career sacks achievement as well.

At that point just sim out a few more seasons and you shouldn't have any problem getting the career tackles, FF, and sacks records.

Play as a CB, DE, or FS and make sure your dad is in the HOF for whatever position you choose.

Sim through the draft and preseason.

Save your game before playing the regular season.

In order to get 7 forced fumbles in a season you need an average of 1 every 2 games. Sim two games at a time and if you get a fumble save, if not, reload and sim again. It takes awhile but you will get the achievement this way.

This method can be used for all of the superstar achievements. IMO the best position for fumbles and interceptions is CB. For sacks, the best is DE. And for tackles, it is either ROLB or LOLB.

I really didnt feel like playing the game when I was going for this achievement.

This achievement is easily gotten when going for the 140 takles in a season, but if by chance you missed it, and only are working on this achievement, this method will work well for you.

I simmed just the first month. Got 0 FFs the first couple times, so I just backed out and reloaded, then 3 FFs in the first month. Saved, then repeated for the next month. Same thing: 0 FFs the first couple times, then 3 FFs again. Save.

I repeated this for each month, then let the season sim out once I got the 7 FFs I needed for the achievement. But patience with this method could easily net 10+ FFs a season if you are also working on the 20 FFs Career achievement.

After you get your 7 FFs the achievement will pop once you sim out of February.
