You can get this achievement by simming a season in franchise mode. Before you start the franchise, select all 32 teams and you are guaranteed to get this, as obviously, one of those 32 teams has to win the superbowl! But wait... What happens if the superbowl ends in a tie? Oh, silly McNabb!

All you have to do is get your team to the super bowl and win it. You can get this by simulating 30 years and choosing all 32 teams.
