All you need to do is only run the ball and use toss plays. After about 3 or 4 good runs you should have it. If not you can always make the quarter lengths longer.

This must be done with one player, so again I recommend using the Chargers with LaDainian Tomlinson. Set the quarters to 15 minutes and once you get 150 yards just supersim to the end. Again, just to be safe you may want to turn injuries off before you start. "Strong Toss Left" is a good running play to gain a lot of ground.
