There are two methods to this -
1. Go to Play Now and pick your favorite team and play any other team (preferably a lower ranked team such as the Raiders, Bills, or Texans). Throw two touchdown passes to one player (the pass must be complete and the player must be in/make it to the endzone).
2. Adjust all sliders to 100 for you and 0 for the AI. Do this under Options -> Game Settings. Play as the Patriots against the Raiders, Bills, or Texans. Brady connects to Moss almost all of the time. Get two touchdown passes for Moss (or another player if you wish).
The achievement will pop at the end of the game.

You can do this with pretty much any team if the skill level is on Rookie. If you have the quarter length as five minutes, you can probably catch two touchdown passes in the first quarter.
