I know this sounds cheap but, meh. create a team with a 99 overall rating play a game against the AI. set the AI skills all the way down to zero and set the user all the way to 100. Play the first two plays, (kickoff and the first play after that) when the select a play thing comes up, press start and supersim the entire game and it will unlock a bunch of achievements. make sure you have the time set to 5 min
