Madden NFL 08

This is best done supersimming. By simming 3 - 5 games, you should easily be able to get this achievement along with the two picks with one player. Set it to 15 min quarters and supersim after the kickoff and the first play.

If like me you could not get this no matter how many times you end up simming a good plan would be to play with two controllers (with your main account on defense). Pick a short pass route with the 2nd controller like a curl passing play and pick a good cover defense with plenty of cornerbacks for your main controller. It's possible to get this by yourself if you can manipulate two controllers at once (it isn't too difficult). Pick your best backfield player (like Bob Sanders for the Colts is who I used) and jump the route with that controller while snapping the ball with your 2nd controller and passing lightly (can't emphasize that enough, tap B, don't hold it and gun it in there).

With the pass slowly fluttering up you should be able to position your 1st controller's defender in front of it with plenty of time to spare, by then it's just a matter of pressing the Y button to jump up and intercept it! It can be frustrating though, because sometimes your defender inexplicablly just drops it. But try a couple times and you should get the rhythm and hang of doing it.

Do this 5 times and the achievement is yours at the end of the game!
