Play on rookie and run the ball to the outside so if there going to tackle you run out of bounds. You don't have to win the game.

The 100% guaranteed way to get this achievement is to play the games with unlimited "rewinds". If by bad luck you do fumble simply press the X button after the play to rewind and the fumble will be erased from the record books.
