The quickest and easiest way to earn this achievement is to start a franchise with the Tenn. Titans. Sim the pre-season and the first ref. season game is a Rival game.
Start the game on 1 min. quarters and adjust the penalty sliders to 0. Then, on Defense, just move a player next to the QB and sack him until they punt. Rinse and repeat until the game is over. :)
