The cheapest way to earn this achievement is to start a franchise and sim the games until you reach a rivalry match. Once the game starts, press start to go into the pause menu, settings, game settings and set the Offsides slider down to 0.

When you're on defense, move one of your players next to the QB of the opposing team and wait until the hike. Be careful not to touch anybody before the snap or you'll get penalized 5 yards. If you're close enough the player will sack the QB automatically.

Repeat this for every possession that the opposing team has, and ensure that you score points sometime before the game is over, obviously. You can let the play clock wind down as low as possible to eat up clock time so you can fold laundry, make a sandwich, surf TA, or something to keep your mind occupied.

If you have not yet unlocked "6 sacks by 1 player in a game" or "Record 12 sacks in a game", this is an ideal time to knock them off at the same time.

The Achievement will unlock at the end of the game.

I set the quarters to 1 minute, turned off the play clock, and put offsides to 0. Then when you get the ball, keep taking a knee. since the play clock is off the whole quarter will wind down quickly. but make sure you at least kick a field goal sometime in the game to get the win. when the computer has the ball line up with one of your linemen behind the qb and to the left/right of him. if its a man on the left side of the line and vice versa. if you dont do this sometimes the linemen will try to run past the qb back to his position.

So set the play clock to off, the quarters to 1 min, and offsides to off. Play against a rival team obviously. And score once to win.
