After you score a touchdown, move your player into the blue highlighted area in front of the goal post and press 'Y'.

Video courtesy of Roosterteeth/Achievement Hunters. When you get a touchdown there are blue squares (1 on each side of the posts, 1 directly in front of the posts, and on certain maps behind the goalposts). This one is directly in front of the goalposts.

Simple achievement, simply score a touchdown and head towards the goalposts with your player in the "blue hot spot section" and press y. A random celebration will occur, more time than not, it will be the dunk celebration. The achievement will unlock automatically and not at the end of the game.
