This achievement is entitled, "Mature Newbie" and to fulfill the requirements for this one, you must: Create a player or Superstar at the oldest possible age.
So at the Main Menu go to "My Madden", select "Creation Zone", and then from there select "Create Player".
Scroll down to "Birth Year", click once to the right and it should have "1954" as the year...Press Start, choose either "Save Player" or "Keep Player without Saving" and Bada Boom, 10G richer.

This was almost as easy an achievement as The Simpsons "Easiest.Achievement.Ever" by pressing start. Worked like a charm. Thanks.

From the Main Menu, go to "My Madden", then "Creation Zone", and select "Create Player". Scroll down to "BIRTH YEAR" and push 
to set the year to 1954. Then push 
and select to save the player.

In the Main Menu, go to "My Madden", select "Creation Zone", go to "Create Player" and simply set the Birth Year to the earliest preset possible - which is January 1, 1954.
Press 
to move on, select "Keep Player Without Saving" and the Achievement will unlock.
