How to unlock the Man Dozer achievement in Madden NFL 11 - Definitive Guide

In order to gain this achievement, you must break a tackle on a running play and run 50+ yards.

A good way to do this is go to the main menu, press My Madden > My Settings > CPU Skill, and ajust all the sliders so they say 0.

Play as the Vikings on rookie difficulty. When you get the ball, play a running play. When you are being tackled press up on the right stick to break the tackle.

Once you break the tackle run 50+ yards (from the spot of the tackle) and then when the game ends, your achivement will pop.

This took me about 3 tries to get it. Once you are sure you got it, you can choose Quit, and the achievement is yours!

It doesn't have to be in one play. It means that all of your yards after breaking tackles has to total 50 (in one game).

This is a cumulative trophy. So choose a quick play game on Rookie difficulty. You'll want a decent running back that has high power and somewhat decent speed. I used Frank Gore of the San Francisco 49ers. What you need to do is call running plays and force yourself to get hit by a defensive player. If you break the tackle, you can keep running to a first down/touchdown/whatever you want. If it takes 10 rushing plays to get this, that's fine. It does NOT have to be on one play.

This trophy did not pop until the end of the game. So if it doesn't pop when you think it should, check the game stats under the rushing category. If you have 50+ yards under the BRK TCKL stat, you're gold. Just finish the game!

To get this trophy, you have to ‘rush’ or run 50 yards plus after shrugging off a tackle. You can do every yard in a single long run, or over multiple runs. What’s important is the initial contact with an opposition player. The yards will only count if they come AFTER a tackle.

Setup: Pick your favorite Running Play. Try to use the same player each time, as it makes it easier to track accumulated yards. Take on the first opposing player you can see and stiff arm him to get by. (Press ). From here make as many yards as you can. Rinse and repeat.

You can check how many yards you have accumulated by going into the game statistics and finding the player you are using for the attempt. This trophy unlocks after the game.

Trophies that can be done at the same time:
Elusive Man, Fantasy Freak, Home Run, He’s Got All Day and Old Spice Swagger Return.

This can be done concurrently with “Home Run.” Use to run through at least one defender, and then head for the endzone (at least 50 yards). If you’re fast enough, you should outrun all the defenders. Easiest done with two controllers and/or increased stats. The 50 yards are cumulative, so you don't need to get them on one play (although that may happen anyways)

Achievement unlocks at the end of the game.
