How to unlock the Overall 90 achievement in Madden NFL 13 - Definitive Guide

If you wish to avoid leveling your character through the 70s / 80s and start right at 90 OVR, do the following:
1. Choose Create Player in CC.
2. Choose to be a "Power Back" RB.
3. Choose the Jets as your Team and be a High Draft Pick.
4. You will now start as a 90 Overall.
*Tested, works both online and offline.*
