when selecting ur play such as 'deep pass' rather than pressing it just say it to your kinect as simple as that and just to confirm I unlocked it using deep pass but I'm postive others work

Just a note, you can also do this on defense. I loaded up a Play Now to get the achievement and the computer choose to Receive, putting me on defense for the first drive. I simply said "Blitz" (in Cover 3) and the achievement popped before the opposing quarterback hiked the ball. Good solution!

This only worked for me during an online head to head game. I shouted at my kinect many times to no avail. When you play online head to head there is an obvious microphone in the bottom middle of the screen. I got the achievement by calling the audible. I didn't even snap the football before I popped the achievement.
I hope it is available for other game modes, but if you do not see the microphone icon on the bottom of the screen don't bother shouting at your kinect like I did.

I can verify it works in connected careers also and in single player games from doing this yesterday. I was like you at first screaming at the kinect and it not do anything lol, i recalibrated my audio portion of the kinect and it helped alot.
This sure made calling audibles easier to me, i like reading the defense and changing my plays by talking if needed.

Did this easily on first try without needing to yell. It works in Connected Careers, I can confirm that.

When you are going to call an audible, say the audible instead of selecting it and it should unlock. (Kinect Required)
