I would suggest that once you have the 5 wins on ranked online, then you can just quit out of games upon kickoff to hit the 15 games played. Games that you quit out of count as games played. Once I had my fifth win, I quit out and it popped on the 15th game.
Could be easily boosted with a friend for wins and games played.

This can be boosted and you will earn 10 games by boosting with a friend for 5 wins each. Otherwise, play 15 games to completion, win or lose, to pop this achievement.
