Just want to point out as it's pretty straightforward that if you are playing a game and your opponent quits in the middle of a game, the forfeit win counts towards the achievement.
So you don't actually need to finish the game to it's entirety if your opponent quits. How did I figure this out? Well considering I suck at Madden I only won 2 games through completion and my record is 6-10.
EDIT: It's possible that the victories I received were the opponents conceding the game. And I don't think their is a way to tell if they conceded, So it's possible those count.

No true I'm 7-0 and everybody has quit and the only acheivement I have is 50+ points. I'm not sure if concedes count

Weird, because I had 2 victories that I finished to completion, And all other victories (4 of them) were from people quitting, Maybe they condeded I don't know, but it's hard to say and theirs no way to really tell :/

Join a lobby, find your friend and trade wins for this achievement. You need to complete the game, quitting won’t count. Unlocks as soon as you exit the post-game menu.

This trophy could have been much worse but as it stands it has a pretty charitable unlocking requirement. You could unlock this trophy just by winning 1 in 3 games on your way to 15 total games played. Madden 15 matches you up with people who share your same skill level so you should have a chance to win or at least be competitive in every game.
If you are having trouble with this trophy then hit the practice field and skills trainer. Find a high ranking team that you are comfortable with and master a few plays. And then when you get online play very cheaply and run those same plays over and over again. Eventually you will win 5 games. Again you can attempt to boost these wins but you would have to get incredibly lucky to be randomly matched up with your boosting partner.
