Anytime you have a few hundred coins in the Madden Ultimate Team mode go to the marketplace tab and select 'auctions and trades'. Select the 'auction house' and you can either bid on any item you see or you can do it the easy way and simply buy anything using its "buy it now" price. from this pageyou can hold RT to bring up a menu to sort the cards you are viewing. Scroll down to "buy it now price" and it will sort cards by price. hitting x will toggle between high to low price and low to high price. Simply buy the cheapest card you see and the achievement will unlock on the page it shows you immediately after buying the card where it gives you options on what to do with your new purchase.

After winning coins from your first Solo Challenge, go to the auciton house. Either bid on something or do what I did and find a “buy it now” for cheap. Buy the card and once you accept it the card you will unlock the achievement.
