This one is very simple. When you start a game of Draft Champions, you are assigned a base team roster of lower-ranked cards. In the top right corner once the draft starts, you will see two circles showing the play style ranking (the smaller blue circle) and the OVR ranking (the larger circle - probably yellow). When you see the three cards from which you may choose in the current round of the draft, all you need to do is pick one whose OVR value on the front of the card is 10 points higher than that OVR in the corner of the screen.
For example, my base team had a 71 OVR rating when first assembled. In the first round of the draft, the three cards had ratings if 83, 86, and 85. Just wanted to add to this mine somehow bugged and unlocked like 24 hrs later when i was doing skills trainer

^ as many know, but thought may as well be answered, this late unlock likely has absolutely nothing to do with the game or achievement, and is rather due to the xbox system servers. If achievements are stuck at "done...unlocking" or don't unlock at all, give it a few days before trying again/freaking out. Worst I had was had to wait 2-3 months for an MCC achievement early upon release. Most are 24-48 hours.

I got this on my first Draft Champions draft. In Draft Champions, you'll draft 15 players -- one per round for 15 rounds. There's no way to control what players you can choose from. You'll get this trophy just by drafting your first team, but to confirm that you'll get it, just draft the highest rated player each round. This may not give you the best team, but it'll give you this trophy!

From the Main Menu, select Draft Champions Mode. Select Single-Player Draft. Once you select a coach, your team will be randomly generated and your OVR rating will be 73. You must draft a player with an individual rating higher than 73.
