How to unlock the Run Degree achievement in Madden NFL 16 - Definitive Guide
This is a very easy achievement that only takes about 10 minutes at the most.
Inside of the Gatorade Skills Trainer, there's a new section this year for Run Concepts, which consist of 6 drills to accomplish to get a medal in. For this, I advise setting the difficulty on rookie, play as the Seahawks (for Marshawn Lynch), and go against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
For each tutorial, follow the instructions and run the ball up to the designated spots on the field. The locations are highlighted in white. Most of your routes will send your runner up to that area. Just land within that area and you can pass the training sections. Usually, the last tutorial will require you to switch (audible) the run play into another one.
If you mess up some of them in the tutorial, that's okay, you just need to get most of them done right before you can try the drill.
All 6 of the concepts are set up the same with the exact same goal: you need to score a touchdown with the running plays drawn up for you. It doesn't matter how you get in there, you just need to run it in. You have the usual 4 downs to do it and you start in the red zone, so it makes it a little easier. It's very easy to get gold medals here as you just need to score 3 touchdowns per medal drill and you have many chances to get into the end zone.
Even if you don't get them all, all you need to do is get a bronze medal and the achievement will unlock after beating the last drill with a bronze or greater.

You also may want to mention that in order to speed this up you can even hit start after the tutorial and skip to the drill.

Launch Run Concepts in the Practice section
You need to complete all 6 tests, they are quite simple, just follow the instructions.
I took 5 gold medals and 1 bronze, deliberately failing the last test:
Scored one TD, then simply ran in the opposite direction from the scoring zone and failed all 4 attempts, and so on 2 times, the bronze is yours and the trophy too)
