You can get all 10 legacy achievements in one sitting in under an hour with this one trick. First, from the main menu head to customize and go to "share and manage files". Head to download community files and download any file that boosts a teams stats to 99 (i used Billz99)

Back out and head again to customize, and this time hit "load and delete files". select Billz99 (or any team file you wish) and make it your active roster. Now head back to the main menu.

Select franchise, choose a cloud save and start a new franchise (making sure to load your new "active roster" when it asks) Select your team next (the 99 team) You will want the following options turned on:
Skill level: all-madden
salary cap: off
re-sign players: on
progress players: on
sign off season free agents: on
fill roster: on
simulate game prep activities: on

when it asks if you want to be a coach, player, or owner, select coach and choose the team builder style. At the start of your franchise, scroll down and simulate games. you can choose to simulate as long as you want. Sim a year at a time or just hit 10 years at once if you choose. All the following achievements will start to unlock during the simulation.

Here's how I did it and you don't need to download a special roster:

1: Create your Franchise (can be online or offline) with any team.
2: Set difficulty to All-Madden and make sure the CPU does all the roster moves.
3: Turn off coach settings as well.
4: Now change role- Coach, new coach, pick the style you want, accept & continue.
5: Sim the preseason.
6: Go to league schedules and press cn_A to do force win. Select home if your team is playing at home (vs.) and away if your team is on the road (@). Do this for all your games.
NOTE: Away is on the left and Home is on the right
7: Do the same for each playoff game/Super Bowl).
8: Sim offseason letting the CPU do the work
9: Rinse and repeat steps 5-8 until you have all the achievements.
