To create a MUT team, all you need to do is to go through the tutorial and introduction of Madden Ultimate Team;
Once you have completed the opening introduction of the game, you will be brought to the main menu. From here, select Ultimate Team and go through the requirements that are given to you, which are View Lineup, Collect NFL Stars, Upgrade Your Team, and Play Game. Completing these four objectives (which are very easy to do and follow) will net you the achievement.
While doing the objective of Play Game, you can also get the achievement of completing a Solo MUT challenge of scoring a touchdown.

Appears to be unobtainable as of 3/26/2018. When attempting to create an Ultimate Team when you get to the "Play A Game" part of the Tutorial Hub no challenges ever load and you're unable to process to a game to start MUT. Discussed in this forum post:

It's 2020 and the solo challenge bug is back!
If you're here because you got stuck in the MUT tutorial don't wipe your save or try re-installing. It's a back-end issue and thus up to EA's techies to fix.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE
This trophy will automatically unlock at the end of your MUT tutorial and for some odd reason, after you complete your first solo challenge.

Start your team! You will be given a base pack to build a team around. You can also win packs and players with other tasks in the game. And of course, you can buy players with auctions and such. Just do this in the Madden Ultimate Team menu.
