From the menu, head over to the Skills Trainer button.
The bottom right trainer is the Advanced Techniques. It will be the first option in it.
Play through the tutorial (requires 5/8 successful attempts) to get a grasp on it.

The idea here is to hold , right after snapping the ball to open up the manual aiming. Make sure to aim it at a slightly different location and ahead of him so it counts as changing the route. Press to throw the ball to that receiver. You will then have to manually control the receiver to run to the new location and make the catch.

Move on to the drill and apply the same principals. Bronze medal is at 5/10 Successful attempts


Tips: Difficulty does not matter, so feel free to play in rookie. You may also choose to play a team with a much better Ovr than the opponent. Back out to the menu and back into the team select to change the opponent.

The hardest part is probably not over or under throwing it. Give your runner enough time to change routes, but not much more than that. Try to usually throw lobs and keep the markers somewhat close in the direction they are running, and throw it a little ahead of their marker on sort of a slant
