Super easy. Go to Skills Trainer and select the first I'm new to Madden set. In this all you'll do is a combo of snapping the ball and pressing

For some reason, I wasn't able to select the I'm new to Madden option as shown in the above option. So the next easiest way, at least for me, to get this achievement was to do the Special Teams Field Goal Kicking drill. Just make all 6 field goals and you get it.

To unlock the Going For Gold trophy in Madden NFL 19, you will need to earn a gold medal in one of the skill trainer drills.
Go to Skills Trainer and select the I'm New to Madden set. Complete the set which consists of extremely easy drills. You only need 3/10 to get the Gold medal.
