To anyone struggling with this one, the name is the same as Madden 18 but the requirement is different (but easier).
You just need to complete a TD pass to a receiver whilst also holding
. This will perform a low throw, and pop the achievement.

All I can say is maybe mention you cannot super sims whatsoever in order for this to pop, otherwise great guide!

I got this on a solo challenge designed for doing a low throw. Solo Challenges - Turkey Day Traditions - It's the third one "PAST THE TREE IS A TD". You'll have to unlock it by beating the two previous ones "Bring it on Dad" and "Mailbox is a First Down" which shouldn't be hard. "Bring it on Dad" is to rush for 20 yards in 3 plays (use outside runs that go around the OL and not through them.) Second is to stop them from getting a first down. I just blitzed multiple players on the first play and one after that.
Once you get to "PAST THE TREE IS A TD" it seems very hard to throw a TD without using "LT". I didn't pay attention to the description at first.
