Madden NFL 20

-Start a Franchise
-Pick the Rams. (They currently use the oldest stadium)
-Change Role 》 "Owner"
-Start Franchise
-My Owner 》 Stadium 》 Relocate

Simulate week by week until week 5. Week 5 will give you the relocation details in your "To-Do List" on the main page. Pick a City and the Achievement should pop.
*If it doesnt pop. Simulate until the off-season.

***Most achievements in Madden NFL 20 have the ability to be buggy; however, none are unobtainable, and all with eventually unlock if you keep retrying the requirements. If you have not been rewarded the achievement, try meeting the requirements again. This seemed the worst with Franchise-related achievements, at least for me ***

Set up a cloud franchise (quicker simulations). Select the Oakland Raiders (they have the worst stadium), and in the next menu be sure to change role and create a custom owner. I don't think the type matters, but I selected Former Player.

Start the franchise, and simulate throughout the entire first season by selecting "Simulate to Next Season". Thereafter, simulate forward week by week until you are at Week 5 2020. You should see a pretty obvious "Relocate" option in your things to do on the home franchise page. Start the process, and be sure to simulate forward carefully week by week.

Each week, do the respective task (Choose City > Choose Name > Choose Uniforms > Choose Stadium), and then simulate to the next season.

After this, you should unlock the achievement.
