- Franchise 》 Offline 》 Create New Franchise 》 Use Active Roster (Default Roster)

- Go to settings 》 user management
**We want to control 5 teams total. This will give us a better chance at having a Pro Bowler**
- Sim until Playoffs 》 Sim one week at a time until Pro Bowl (If you sim until the Super Bowl, it will skip the Pro Bowl)
- Play Pro Bowl
- Start 》 Smart Sim 》 Jump Forward 》 End of Game
- It should pop once you get back to the coaches room

Some people in the comments have reported this as buggy, only unlocking for them as an owner. This absolutely shouldn't matter, but if it worked for them and you're having issue then maybe give it a go.

For this, I would recommend starting an offline franchise. Then, select any team (settings/role doesn't matter) and start the franchise.

Before simulating ahead, click and create a coach for all the other teams (if you create a character and just choose the default coach it'll only take a minute or two). This is to ensure we can control a team who didn't make it to the Super Bowl and had at least one player elected to the Pro Bowl.

I can confirm that if you control one team and that team gets to the Super Bowl, this achievement won't unlock. Even if players were elected (which they would be), they can't play due to the Super Bowl the week after. By selecting ALL teams, the achievement a guarantee, but is also probably overkill. If you want to just create a character for 6 - 8 "good" teams this should also work unless you are very unlucky.

Either way, simulate to the playoffs. Then, advance week by week until the Pro Bowl (no option to simulate directly to it). Go to play the Pro Bowl. Once you're loaded into the game, Super-sim to the end, and then upon arriving back in the Franchise Menu you should unlock the achievement.
