For people having trouble, play the Super Bowl not a Custom Game. After you sim to the end of the game the option to move either the Chiefs or Bucs to continue the season pops up.

Doesn’t work. Tried the matchups and spammed A. I don’t even get the prompt.

PAIN IN THE ASS! I tried this at least 15 times with no dice. What i finally did (because it finally dawned on me that this game ALWAYS has to connect to EA servers to even register these "Live" games and also for the "cloud franchise") is to completely close the game (highlight the game in your dashboard and press start/menu button and then choose "quit"). Then launch the game again and go STRAIGHT to following this guide. Worked and popped for me on my very first attempt after doing that. Good luck to all of you and don't give up.
