1. Start a franchise as a coach or owner of any team.
2. Sim until you can re-sign players (a couple weeks or midseason will work).
3. If you have a 90+ OVR player ready to negotiate, just pay him more than the 'fair offer' by about $2 million and you'll have it.
4. If you don't have a 90+ OVR to negotiate with, simply pick one of the players that are ready to re-sign and edit their ratings until they are 90+, then refer to step 3.
