Start a two-player exhibition game (turn off the play clock if you want to follow the steps without constantly pausing the game) with two controllers, chose the Patriots as your team and move the second controller icon to any other "lower tier" team as the second team.
Get the ball to the second team and have them select a Shotgun formation and any play that has the receivers running straight until they are past the coverage (does not matter if they slant fifteen yards downfield or not).
On the Patriots, select a Cover 1 defense. Make Gilmore your active player. Press Y to bring up the modify coverage selection and select Press coverage by pulling the left stick down. This will move Gilmore up to the line of scrimmage.
Pull the right stick down and hold it there. With your free hand press A on the second controller. Do this three times and the achievement will pop.

I tried this for like 2 hours with other solutions and nothing worked. Your solution worked on the first try. You should copy it over to 22 so everyone can see it.
