Pretty easy achievement.

TL,DR: Use LT on your way to the end zone to celebrate while running. Gain 50 yards while doing the animation.

NOTE: Does not appear to be unlockable in Face of the Franchise mode.

Long description:
Simply load up an exhibition game. Rookie difficulty should be easy enough. Choose a deep pass play (concepts > deep pass). Throw the ball with a lob pass (tap receiver button) once your receiver is deep downfield behind the defender. Once your receiver is free and clear, hold LT on your way to the endzone to active the celebration animation. You'll need to run for 50 cumulative yards while using the celbration animation to unlock this. It'll unlock mid game as soon as you reach 50 yards.

Another way to do this is with two controllers. Your profile on offense, guest playing defense. Set up the defense in field goal block formation and choose a passing play on offense. On defense, bring the deep man up to the line of scrimmage to allow your recievers to get behind him. Throw a pass and celebrate for as many yards as you can.

In addition to the other guide for this achievement, it should be noted that this does NOT have to be in a single play.

With this in mind, just do the celebration whenever you're running with the ball and you'll unlock this quickly.

You can easily get 20-25 yards for each kickoff return so you could just let the AI run up the score in the first half so you get more kickoff returns, and then work on the achievement for overcoming a 17+ point deficit in the second half.

This is easiest with 2 controllers in an Exhibition Match.

First run it out of bounds at the 5 or 10 yard line.

Set the 2nd controller up for a Field Goal Block.
Play By Type > Special > FG Block

Set up the Main Contoller in any quick pass PLAY.

Hike and throw the ball right away. And then hold LT while running to celebrate. You should be able to get it in 1 play as long as you Set it up right!
