This is... so much easier than it really should be. Maybe it's because the season is now finished.

Start Franchise. Cloud, Real-Life NFL Roster.

**Here's the key part.** When you pick your week. scroll allll the way to the right to the Conference Championship week.

Yes, you can start your franchise just before the Pro Bowl to pop this achievement.

Since the teams in the Super Bowl don't play in the Pro Bowl, you need to pick the 49ers. That's because the coaches in the previous Super Bowl coach in the Pro Bowl (unless they're in the Super Bowl). Since the Chiefs are back in the Super Bowl, you need the Niners. (Note: this is an assumption. I chose the Eagles and didn't get to play, so I'm assuming the Niners give you a guaranteed play since the coach will be there.)

Then... play the game. You don't have to win, so I played one play and simmed to the end of the game.

The achievement doesn't pop until you're back at your desk after the game. It was a little delayed for me, but it definitely worked by basically only playing about 1/4 of a game. Like I said, I don't know if this is new since the Super Bowl is over (and we know who the teams were), but it just worked for me.
