This is a fairly easy achievement you get for getting a sack or TFL with three different rush moves. It helps if you use a better player (I used an edited 99 Brian Burns with X factor ability). Star players will have abilities that help you win and get sacks more often. Also it helps if you’re playing against a mediocre QB that doesn’t throw the ball too fast and you have a good coverage. You’re gonna wanna use 3 of these moves and win against the OL:
- hold RT: Speed rush
- Right Stick down: Bull rush
- Right Stick up: Rip
- Right Stick left / Right: Club/swim
- Right Stick move left to right : spin move
Eventually you will unlock it. It took a while for me.
I noticed I was holding RT too much while attempting different moves so try not using that when going for bull rush etc.
To make it even easier you can turn the difficulty down to rookie and in the gameplay sliders make the CPU pass blocking worse, also increase the quarter time to give yourself more chances. If your other DLine CPU players are too good they may steal some of your sacks though. I recommend not going for strip sacks, I felt the fumbles do not count toward the achievement. I’ve had games of 10+ sacks with 2 of each pass rush moves and not unlocking it, so I’m not sure what triggers the achievement exactly. Good Luck!

I tried this, but I literally never get sacks or TFLs - it's a fumble every time and it's so frustrating

Just go into settings and change the slider for fumbles all the way to the right. Will make it nearly impossible to get a fumble. Also I went to edit rosters and picked the team I was going up against. In the ratings tab I put the sliders for their LT, LG, C, RG, RT all the way to zero for blocking and tackling. Played the match and got this in first 3 plays. Very very easy

Easy to get with two controllers. You must know that force a fumble doesn't count for the achievement, so the first step is going to settings/player skills and set fumble to 100. Then go to a custom match. I choose 49ers as my main team and Jaguars as my second. The 1st controller must be defending. With the 2nd controller call any pass play (except screen pass) and with 1st controller choose Prevent formation. While controlling Nick Bosa (can be anyone but Bosa is the best) you have to sack the QB with 3 different pass rush moves. Doesn't need to play the entire game, you'll unlock the achievement as soon as you get the 3 sacks.
