My friend figured out if you played it on Xbox one and import it to the new Xbox all the achievements pop

Does not work backwards. If you plan to do both versions, make sure to do this on the XBox One version first, as the Series X version imports the savegame automatically from the cloud.

Just a heads up, if you're planning to do this, make sure you stop right when you reach 30K points. If you finish Face of the Franchise (make HOF, see end credits), the game deletes your save and you'll have have to restart on Series X.

Unlocks after earning 30,000 legacy points in “face of the franchise” mode. Easy to earn by playing in the story and completing all objectives during your games. I also recommend getting a gold medal on all drills during this process to level up your player and make it easier to win.

Just to let people know - if you import a Face of the Franchise save from the PS4 version then all the FoF trophies will auto-pop immediately. This will save you the majority of the time taken to get the Platinum.

You don't need to do anything on the PS4 side - if you've got a Face of the Franchise save with 'The GOAT' trophy then when you start the PS5 version you'll be offered to import the save from the PS4 automatically (EA must store them on the cloud).
