Had issues with this compared to the x1 version.
Way I made it work was to start a offline active roster franchise , choose the falcons as a NFC team I didn't think would win in the playoffs.
Change role to Owner, and starting point to regular season.
Play the 1st game, can just do the kick off and super sim to the end (result doesnt matter). Advance to playoffs. Then advance 1 week at a time till you get to the pro bowl week. (Make sure your team has lost at some point in the playoffs if they made it that far)
Then should have a option to play Pro Bowl, so same as the 1st game, play kick off and sim the rest, achievement should pop when back on the franchise activities screen.
When I did this with coach role, i didnt get the play pro bowl option and when I tried with owner and AFC team had a weird thing where I could select but not play the game due to missing a coordinator

This will only work if the Falcons get a player in the Pro Bowl, which is only 50/50. Better to add multiple user controlled teams.

- Add the Ravens & Buccaneers
**Now we have control of the 3 Best Teams in the game. The 2 Super bowl Teams DO NOT make the Pro-Bowl. So having the top 3 teams will GUARANTEE us a Pro-Bowl Player

Instead of choosing the Chiefs, Buccs and Ravens, I'd suggest choosing the Chiefs, Ravens, and Bills. Picking the three best teams in one conference is better than choosing the three best teams in the league, since only ONE of the teams in a conference can make the Super Bowl, so this improves your odds a bit. Solid guide otherwise

Start a franchise, using either Real Life NFL Rosters or Preseason Rosters, then choose any team you would like. Under “activities” scroll to Advance Week and jump ahead to Sim to Playoffs. Once you reach the playoffs you will want to advance one week at a time simulating the Wild Card game, Division game and Conference game. After simulating the conference game it will be the week of the Pro Bowl so scroll down to play Pro Bowl and choose either the AFC or NFC (it doesn’t matter which) and complete the game. Win or lose the trophy will be yours. Note: This trophy cannot be completed by playing the Pro Bowl from the Exhibition tab, it most be done in Franchise, and your team can’t make it into the Superbowl as this will prevent you from playing the Pro Bowl.

This will occur 1 week before the super bowl so in franchise pick a team like the chiefs so you can have a guaranteed player ( if a player doesn’t make it on your team it won’t let you play in it ) then hit play full game and then hit supersim and win or lose trophy should pop .
