How to unlock the Saw It Coming achievement in Madden NFL 22 - Definitive Guide

- Start an Exhibition Match against a 2nd Controller.
(I used Chargers VS Texans)
- Change to All-Madden Difficulty (Easier to make Manual Interceptions)
- Now for the New "Gameplan" Feature. We need to set the 2nd Controller's Offensive Focus to "Throw It Deep".
- Next set your 1st controller's Defensive Focus to "Defend Deep Pass"
- Now all we need to do is make an interception. So set up the 2nd controller to throw a Hail Mary. Then set the 1st controller to any play that is not a Blitz.
- With the 2nd controller, Hike the ball and then TAP the receiver button to LOB the pass
- Quickly grab your 1st controller and Press B to switch to the defender, and then press Y right after to intercept the ball.

Use 2 controllers
In Menus:

- Start an Exhibition/Play Now Custom Game
- Player 1 picks team (do NOT hit "Ready")
- Player 1 goes to "Advanced Settings" and sets "First Choice" to "Kick"
- Player 2 picks team
- Player 1 hits READY
- Player 2 hits READY
- Player 2 selects RUN OUTSIDE offensive focus
- Player 2 selects any defensive focus
- Player 1 selects any offensive focus
- Player 1 selects DEFEND OUTSIDE RUN defensive focus
- Player 1 Kicks off
- Player 2 Catch the ball and run out of bounds (or press
if you catch it in the end zone) - Player 2 picks an outside run play
- Player 1 picks a "defend outside run" play
- Player 2 snap the ball
- Player 2 press

A new trophy this year that is exclusive to the Next Gen versions.
A new feature this year is choosing your gameplan on offense and defense before the game and at half time. What you need to do is select a gameplan that counters what your opponent is doing. The easiest way to do this is with two controllers, that way you will know the opponent's gameplan ahead of time. Both teams should select the same gameplan e.g Medium passes and Defend Medium Passes. Now start up the game and when on defense select a play that is listed under the tab "gameplan" and choose any play, now on your second controller do the same on offense. Make sure to throw it around 10 yards and get intercepted. Throwing a short or long pass (even if it is a part of the gameplan) will not net you the trophy.
If you don't have a second controller you can also do this against a friend online. It is also possible you will earn this nautrally, but since you don't know the gameplan of the A.I opponent it will be more difficult.

Trophy is easy enough with 2 controllers and if you play enough games online, you'll probably unlock naturally. Anyways, 2 Controller method I used was to pick Medium Pass Gameplan for controller 2 and Defend Medium Pass for your profile. (Controller 1) Now, when C2 is on offense, pick a play from the Gameplan tab. Do the same for C1. If you're playing on All-Madden, you shouldn't even need to do a manual interception, the CPU should do it for you. Make sure the pass goes between 10-20 yards only or the trophy may not pop. The reason I'm writing out this guide though, is because this one never popped for me, nor did the UNBLOCKABLE trophy. What I did 1st was delete and reinstall the game — still didn't work. So I DELETED MY SAVES ON MADDEN 22. This is when it finally worked. So yeah, easy trophy but you may have been wondering like me why this one wouldn't work. Hope this helps!!!
