How to unlock the Stud Finder achievement in Madden NFL 22 - Definitive Guide

- Franchise
- Create New League
- Offline / Use Active Roster
- Choose Any Team
- Sim to the Draft
- SAVE GAME
- Start Draft. Now write down the 1st Round Pick.
- Exit the game and load your save
- Now go to Options 》User Management 》User Teams 》Press
to add a Team to control
- Select the Team that has the 1st Round Pick
- Save again
- Select the #1 player in the Draft. He SHOULD have a Hidden Dev Trait. IF not, exit and load your save and choose a different player.
- After you Draft a Player with the Hidden Dev Trait, the Stud Finder Achievement will pop🏆
- Next Sim the rest of the draft.
- Sim until week 5. Now go to Upgrade Players
- Go to the Player you Drafted
- Go all the way down to "Edit Player"
- Go to the Player Traits Tab
- Change Dev Trait 》Superstar X-Factor
- Now the Future of the Franchise Achievement will pop when you view the player in the Upgrade Screen again

Had 22th pick in the 2022 Draft, with Bengals and picked Sammy Gore and it unlocked

You can get this at the same time as getting the achievement for completing a fantasy draft. If you start a new franchise and change the starting point to fantasy draft. With your first pick select one of the rookie QB, Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Tray Lance or Justin Fields they all have a hidden dev trait.

Start a franchise with any team and simulate until the Superbowl, now you will have the ability to start scouting college players in the upcoming draft. Now edit a player who will be projected a late first rounder or a second rounder and set his development ability to Superstar X-Factor. Once you draft the player, the trophy will pop. Note: With the newest update, this method may not work so another way to earn this trophy is by starting a fantasy draft in franchise mode then selecting a rookie who has a Hidden Dev Trait, such as Wide Receiver Ja'Marr Chase.
