How to unlock the Unblockable achievement in Madden NFL 22 - Definitive Guide
To Execute a Pass Rush Move, you need to take control of a Defensive Lineman or Linebacker.
Pass Rush Moves:
Speed Rush - Hold Down RT and rush the QB
Bull Rush - Hold DOWN on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
Club - Hold LEFT or RIGHT on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
Rip - Hold UP on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
Spin - Uppercut Motion on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
You must execute 3 of these moves in a game. I chose The Bears & was controlling Khalil Mack🏆 *Fumbles don't count

Fumbles count. I got this on three consecutive plays, the first was a scoop and score, the next was a fumble, the third was an edge rush.

Man. I got like 40 sacks and couldn't get this to pop. Did like 4 in a row with each move and no luck

(Same achievement as in madden 21, here’s my kinda edited guide)
This is a fairly annoying achievement you get for getting a sack or TFL with three different rush moves. It helps if you use a better player (I used an edited 99 Brian Burns with X factor ability). Star players will have abilities that help you win and get sacks more often. Also it helps if you’re playing against a mediocre QB that doesn’t throw the ball too fast and you have a good coverage. You’re gonna wanna use 3 of these moves and win against the OL:
- hold RT: Speed rush
- Right Stick down: Bull rush
- Right Stick up: Rip
- Right Stick left / Right: Club/swim
- Right Stick move left to right : spin move
Remember which one you used to win and then stop using that one.
Tips:
I noticed I was holding RT too much while attempting different moves so try not using that when going for bull rush etc. Fumbles DONT count.
I did this in franchise mode, set gameplay slider for cpu so they fumble less. Use offensive coaching adjustments to make tackles Force less fumbles.
Try to get all 3 sacks / tackles for loss in a single drive if you have trouble unlocking. If you struggle against CPU you should be able to get this if you have a second controller (call a PA pass for example).
Good luck !

It's a copy and paste of my solution from Madden 21:
Easy to get with two controllers. You must know that force a fumble doesn't count for the achievement, so the first step is going to settings/player skills and set fumble to 100. Then go to a custom match. I choose 49ers as my main team and Texans as my second. The 1st controller must be defending. With the 2nd controller call any pass play (excett screen pass) and with 1st controller choose Prevent formation. While controlling Nick Bosa (can be anyone but Bosa is the best) you have to sack the QB with 3 different pass rush moves. Doesn't need to play the entire game, you'll unlock the achievement as soon as you get the 3 sacks.

There are 5 pass rush move this year:
- Speed Rush - which is achieved by pressing .
- Bull Rush - which is achieved by holding
- Club Move - flick or
- Rip Move flick and use in any direction
- Spin Move Turn either clockwise or counterclockwise and have held in any direction.
Now you need to perform 3 of the above moves for either a sack or tackle for a loss. I suggest playing on rookie difficulty, with the play style set to simulation or competitive as it seems causing fumbles prevent the move from being counted. I suggest using Aaron Donald of the Rams and setting the quarter length to 15 minutes to maximize your chances. Your move may count as a Speed Rush if you have held so try not to hold when performing other moves.
