Max level is level 30. Start up Face of the Franchise at the CB position. Play on Rookie, 2 min quarters. Always choose activities with +100 or +200 rep/cred for your daily activities. Skip the ones that require you to do actual practice as it takes time and isn't worth the time spent. Make sure to choose interceptions for your season goal after Preseason of every season, the highest number possible. For your weekly goals, choose the highest point goal you think you can accomplish, but it’s not the end of the world if you don’t complete it.

During games, pick plays that are Man defense, not Zone, especially ones where you specifically will be in Man defense (a line, not a circle). You’ll get the hang of this as you play. I would try to pick plays where the linebackers (the guys in the middle) were blitzing also (lines with an arrow instead of just a line). This led to a lot of 1 on 1 coverage situations. When the ball is snapped, don’t press anything and just wait and see if the quarterback throws the ball your way. If he does, wait for the ball to get close and press to attempt an interception. You’ll get anywhere from 0-3 interceptions per game just by doing this. You also get xp just by finishing the games so don’t be discouraged if you don’t get any interceptions for a game.

When you get points to upgrade your player, spend points on things that make your Man Coverage and Catching better first, as this will help you make more interceptions.

Other than these things, it’s just playing a bunch of games and it is slow progress. I got the achievement about halfway through my 4th season.
