How to unlock the Primetime achievement in Madden NFL 23 - Definitive Guide
Assuming this is 50 yards like last year. You can celebrate with the ball carrier by holding down LT+RT+A at the same time. I found this easiest using two controllers selecting FG block for the second controller on defense and a medium pass for your main controller as soon as your WR catches it go as far as you can while celebrating. I alternated running backwards with my Running Back every other play to have more field to work with.

I’ve tried this method over 10 times and it hasn’t popped for me yet. I have no clue why

Here's another easy way to do this if you don't want to use two controllers, it worked quickly for me.
Select play now, play as the Colts vs the Texans (any team with a fast RB will work though) Jonathan Taylor's 94 speed makes this quite easy
Skill level - Rookie
Offensive Game plan - Run Outside (Defensive Game plan doesn't matter)
Game Style - Arcade
Quarter Lenghth - 8 minutes just to be safe, shouldn't take neer that long though
Advace to Game - While on the offensive play call screen hit right bumper over to concept, select run, then right bumper to Outside Zone and select any stretch play every play. Flipping the stretch play to the long side of the field each play gives you much more space to get past the defenders and into open field. When you snap the ball sprint until getting past the line of scrimmage and to the outside of the defenders. When you get any open field in front of you and have pulled away from the defenders around the line of scrimmage hold LT-RT-A to do the celebration run. Some runs you will only get a few yards, or maybe stopped before you get any. More times than not you should pick up 5 -10 yards, I had a couple runs where I ran for over 10 yards.
I'm not exactly sure how many yards are needed, the other solution said 50 and that seemed about right. I had enough yards to pop the achievement early 2nd quarter, it's possible to get much faster than that. I tried this method again and had a couple runs around 15 yards on the same drive. If you get the super slow animation you can go back to just sprinting and then pull LT-RT-A again for the celebration run.

Annoyingly enough, there isn't a yard threshold specified, but it is still a fairly easy trophy to get, as it was in the past.
So, in order to celebrate, while you are running, hold L2, R2, and X. Simple as that.
The way I did it was by using two controllers, and controller 1 (you) being on offense doing a pass play, and the other (guest, alt account, whatever) spamming FG Block. I would also recommend being on the lowest difficulty, and feel free to change some sliders if you want. For teams, it really doesn't matter that much, but one with a decent QB and fast WRs will be helpful for you (i.e. Bengals, Chiefs, Dolphins...).
As soon as you complete the pass, do the button combo above and hold it until you get tackled (and hopefully not fumble) or score. Repeat as needed until the trophy pops. And use a play to run backwards if you're running out of field to do this.
Hope this helps!
