To get this one you have to do 3 of the following pass rush moves:
Speed Rush - Hold Down RT and rush the QB
Rip - Hold UP on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
Club - Hold LEFT or RIGHT on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
Spin - Uppercut Motion on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
Bull Rush - Hold DOWN on the Right Stick while approaching lineman
So I did this with two controllers playing as the Rams vs the Falcons. Using Aaron Donald I used the Rip, Bull and Speed rush to get a sack. Didn't have to be in a row but throughout a game. Also DO NOT use RT when not doing a speed rush as it will only count as a speed rush even if you do a Rip or Club or whatever. Once you do your three it should pop real time.

can anyone confirm if the player I'm controlling has to get the sack or there just has to be 3 sacks in total whilst I’m winning my 1 on 1?

I cannot get this achievement. I never get to the quarterback. Either I get stuck at the Lineman or some of my other players get to the quarterback first and sack him. I hate it.
