Madden NFL 23

If you download a 99 rated roster from the download community files this is easier. Then start an online franchise with your active roster and pick the 99 rated team. Then sim week by week to make sure you make the Super Bowl. Then just play the kick off in the Super Bowl and then sim the rest of the game. The achievement unlocks when back in the franchise menu.

Wanted to post another method for unlocking this achievement. If you are trying to unlock any of the Face of the Franchise related achievements this will unlock if your team wins the Super Bowl. I unlocked it in my first season playing as a QB. So, does NOT have to be multiplayer but obviously you have to be online. Certainly not the fastest way to get the achievement but if you are grinding out the other achievements you should be aware that you can unlock it this way.

Best way to assure you get to the Super Bowl is to go to League>Team Schedule and Force win yourself to 17 wins (or whatever number you want to get into the playoffs I would say at least 13). Then in the playoffs do the same thing every week- Force win all the way to the Super Bowl and then play the game and win and achievement pops.
