This is an achievement you can get in Play Now mode with Two Controllers.

Effectively you need to counter your opponents game plan for a turnover. What that means is you need to make a coach adjustment and pick the correct counter to your opponents coach adjustment.

From the Main Menu you just need to do the following

Quick Play -> Play Now -> Custom Game

Now set it so one controller controls each team. The team does not matter. Once you press READY and option for "GAMEPLANNING" will pop up. This is how we will get the achievement. For Offensive Focus on both teams set it to "THROW IT DEEP" and then on the Defensive Focus set it to "DEFEND DEEP PASS".

Now we will follow a simple process to get this achievement. Make sure the second controller is the team in possession of the ball. If need be, punt it as your first controller. For the offense simply select a Four Verticals Play (E.G. Empty Base Flex formation) and on defense simply select any zone play. The only real focus is chucking that ball up immediately (lofted pass). This will give your safety or cornerback a good chance to make a play on the ball. Once you have the interception then the achievement is yours.
