How to unlock the Future of the Franchise achievement in Madden NFL 24 - Definitive Guide

Select Franchise, Create new League, Offline use Active Roster, Choose Panthers, Start Playing
Scroll down to Manage Roster, then Adjust Lineup and select Bryce Young.
Now scroll all the way down to Edit Player, then right bumper over to Player Traits. Change Development from Superstar to Superstar X-Factor. Now hit B and save changes, hit B again to home. Go back down to Manage Roster, Adjust Lineup and select Bryce Young again. Achievement should pop now or after hitting A to continue a couple times.
