How to unlock the Ol' Reliable achievement in Madden NFL 24 - Definitive Guide
So there's little enjoyment and it's purely grindy. Set quarter length to 1 minute, play clock to 10 seconds and difficulty to All Madden. From there if it's an easy weekly goal like average 5 yards per reception go ahead and get an easy catch, but otherwise just hand it off the entire game and run out of the clock. You can finish a game in less than 5 minutes and you will still get over 1k xp per game, even without the weekly bonus.
This works for all of the positions, but defense is a little more lengthy since you can't control what your offense does

Just FYI for all who consider doing this.. and since i didnt see guides for all of these type achievements. You now need to hit level 60 for this, increasing by 10 levels from the previous level 50 requirement. Its like an extra 60,000 xp.

There is roughly a max xp for each game you play in the season. On a rookie contract you get ~550 XP per game until you get a new contract. You can get more XP throughout the game for objectives and good stats.
Things you should pay attention to:
- gameday mission (250 xp)
- season objective (1600 xp if you do the hard one)
- Drive objectives (50-100 xp)
- A+ rank - max xp for the game
These are tips if you are doing career mode. I played on all-madden and 1 min quarters. This works for most positions/plays
You can also do Showdown which accelerates the xp slightly. This is an online mode which you can do ranked solo or 3s. It's a first to 21 game. You primarily need to win for majority of the xp otherwise you get little gains. Each match is about 5 minutes long
If you get enough cred (in game currency) or pay with premium currency you can get XP boosters. There are 2.0x (50k cred or 1000 premium), 1.5x (25k cred or 500 premium), and 1.2x (15k cred or 300 premium) multipliers for XP. If you equip any of these, they will last for 2 hours so be aware of that prior to equipping them. You can equip them under Edit My Superstar -> Boosts
You can check your progress to level 60 under Upgrade my Superstar -> Level Path
This is a long grind that boosts do help speed up. Good luck with this grind

This is the madden 23 grind turned up to goddamn 11. Originally, you had to get your avatar to level 50, now it's level 60 :/ bruh why tf is ea doing this.
Unfortunately, my method of leveling up fast from last year won't apply here since you need to go through the combine and (sigh) another unskippable cutscene before getting to the preseason. (I think this unskippable cutscene is even longer than the phone call last year... wtf)
It is mind numbingly boring to do this actively, so I have a passive (afk) method of getting this done. It'll be slower than playing manually, but you can just leave the game running overnight or at school/work and you will get xp.
Setup
-You will need a turbo controller to spam X for you.
-You will need to set the turbo controller to tap X and follow up with holding down X for a couple of seconds. This is done to quickly snap the ball and skip the little cutscenes between plays.
"Gameplay"
1. Load up your superstar and go to the "showdown mode"
2. Go to the "practice" option within the showdown mode. This will let you play the showdown game mode against the ai.
3. Once you've clicked "practice", let your turbo controller go ham. It will spam through all the menus and play the game passively. You will lose alot, but you will still get xp. It's around 500-1000 xp per game. Games don't take too long, just couple mins each.
That's basically it. With the turbo controller tapping and holding X, you will passively go through all the menus and "play" the game.
