Go to Franchise - Create New League - Use Real-Life Rosters. Pick whatever week.
Choose the Carolina Panthers.
Select Manage Roster - NFL Rosters.
Select Bryce Young, Panthers QB. Scroll down to Edit Player.
twice to the Skills page and just increase all off his passing attributes to 99. Back out and make sure to save changes.
Now simulate to the Super Bowl, which is right after the awards are given out. You have maybe a 5-10% chance to win ROY without editing stats, but I got it first try bumping stats up.
